Trussbilt introduces TrussFloor™, its new integrated security ceiling/floor system with patented TrussCore® technology. Designed for main/mezzanine cell designs and other panel applications, TrussFloor offers numerous advantages over poured concrete floor systems – it can be quickly and easily installed, requires no field modification or cutting, uses welded connections for the walkway railing, and maximizes LEED points.
Trussbilt’s industry-leading security wall panel system, TrussWall®, is now available in a jointless finish paint system. Advanced filling and coating technology effectively erases panel-to-panel joints with no impact on time or dollars. The resulting finished wall panels are easy to clean, cosmetically appealing, and security strong.
Trussbilt now offers the option of preassembling TrussWall panels at the factory to be shipped to the jobsite for faster installation. Runs of up to 45’ have been successfully hoisted and loaded onto a truck for shipment. Potential uses include preassembling cell fronts, partition walls, and front chase walls.
