Trussbilt manufactures a complete line of specialty products for the detention environment. These include detention furniture and equipment, chase and ceiling access doors, retrofit food/cuff port kits, the Safe-T-Feed inmate feeding device, and security wire mesh/screening.

Furniture Cell furniture includes:

When used with the TrussWall cell panel system and Trussbilt's detention hollow metal , owners realize the benefits of an integrated, single source system. Cell furniture has been been tested for static load when used with TrussWall.

Safe-T-Feed

Safe-T-Feed is a sliding foodpass device fastened to tracks mounted on the cell door. Safe-T-Feed was developed to protect correctional peace officers from seizure and possible contact with inmate bodily fluids.

ViewAll Wire Mesh/Screening

Trussbilt's security wire mesh/screening is sold as ViewAll and can be fully integrated into Trussbilt's detention hollow metal systems. ViewAll's unique design features a totally integrated custom security wire mesh screen system fabricated directly into Trussbilt's security hollow metal frames. This single source delivery assures owners, specifiers and architects that these two security components will perform when put to the test. Trussbilt has also developed wire mesh impact testing performed under ASTM F1592, a first in the industry.
